"Two Things Prevent Us From Happiness,
Living In The Past And Observing Others"
Longtime no-see! I just want to start off by apologizing for not consistently posting. I’ve always tried to have two new posts a week on this blog, but these past two weeks, I’ve been slacking. I have just been so swamped with homework lately that I have not had a ton of time to spare. And when I did have spare time, it was late at night. And at that point, I was not motivated or inspired. But I’m finally back! And with it being the end of the school year soon, I wanted to give y'all 10 ways to boost your happiness (because I know how easy it is to be sadden and stressed when you all you can think about it final projects).
  1. Each day before you go to bed, think of something you are thankful that happened
  2. Eat healthy and workout. You’ve probably heard this so many times, but it honestly makes me feel more happy and energized. I am no way near an athlete when it comes to running, but just jogging a mile to two on the treadmill or elliptical is rewarding.
  3. Take a relaxing bath
  4. Get a massage
  5. Smile at a stranger
  6. Go a day without social media
  7. Call someone that you love
  8. Do some yoga
  9. Sit outside in the sun and just daydream
  10. Buy or pick some flowers and display them in your room. Flowers always brighten your mood!
