Longtime no-see! I just want to start off by apologizing for not consistently posting. I’ve always tried to have two new posts a week on this blog, but these past two weeks, I’ve been slacking. I have just been so swamped with homework lately that I have not had a ton of time to spare. And when I did have spare time, it was late at night. And at that point, I was not motivated or inspired. But I’m finally back! And with it being the end of the school year soon, I wanted to give y'all 10 ways to boost your happiness (because I know how easy it is to be sadden and stressed when you all you can think about it final projects).
- Each day before you go to bed, think of something you are thankful that happened
- Eat healthy and workout. You’ve probably heard this so many times, but it honestly makes me feel more happy and energized. I am no way near an athlete when it comes to running, but just jogging a mile to two on the treadmill or elliptical is rewarding.
- Take a relaxing bath
- Get a massage
- Smile at a stranger
- Go a day without social media
- Call someone that you love
- Do some yoga
- Sit outside in the sun and just daydream
- Buy or pick some flowers and display them in your room. Flowers always brighten your mood!
