My Workout Routine

EEEK it's November! Pretty much all through September and October I have not wanted the warmer months to end because that means the unbearable cold is coming. However, now that Halloween has passed and the holiday season is in arm's reach, I'm sooo EXCITED! I honestly cannot wait to start listening to Christmas music and seeing all the decorations. This time of year is honestly my favorite. It's just so cheerful and makes you feel so cozy inside. However, there are mornings when I just want to stay cuddled up in bed all day. So this is where my "workout" routine comes into play. I put workout in quotes, because it's not your typical workout routine that will give you incredible results. And personally, I'm not looking for results (though gaining some muscle wouldn't hurt). I mainly just like to do a 5-10 minute "workout" as soon as I wake up in order to get me energized and motivated for the day. I find that after I do this, I'm more awake and just feel productive.
I start off with 15 pushups and 15 triceps-dips. Then depending on my mood (whether I want to work my arms, booty, flexibilty etc) I will pick ONE workout video to do. I've linked my favorites below......
Arms
Yoga
Booty
Then I end my "workout" by doing 15 more pushups and triceps-dips
Again, I just want to reinforce, that you will not see crazy results by doing these workouts. However, you will get a little burn and best off all, will be energized for the day!
