Gingham and Boots
Friday, July 22, 2016
I've mentioned this in a couple different posts, but this past year country music has really grown on me. As of now, I'm jamming out to "Watching Airplanes" by Gary Allen.....It's my new favorite. I'm really picky on what country songs I like though. I'm more of the type to listen to songs that are "slow songs"....not so much of country jams. So for this outfit, I wanted to incorporate that country vibe. I paired a gingham shirt over top of a white dress, and of course threw in some old school Miley Cyrus inspired curls.
Instead of wearing cutoffs and a crop top to a country music concert, this is what I would wear. It's more on the chic side, and a little bit more classy. I don't own any cowgirl boots, so I opted for a pair of lace up booties. However, if you wanted to add the classic country look, these cowgirl boots from King Ranch, would add the perfect touch.
They're simple enough where they won't take away from your outfit, but still have that traditional look.
And of course, you need your man looking sexy as well. These boots are made of genuine leather and are also from King Ranch. Feel free to check out their entire selection of cowgirl boots and cowboy boots.
Whats your take on a country music concert outfit? Also, I'm wanting to do a Q&A post soon, so leave some questions in the comments please!

Ugh, it's been way too long since I've been to a country music concert! I don't listen to country music too often, but when I do, I always go for the slow sweet love songs. Country writes the best love songs. For concert outfits, I really could go either way! Sometimes a crop top and cut offs feels good and other times I'll be all over a pretty sundress and boots. Great post!
