Waterfall Romance
Friday, September 30, 2016
Either way, we made it to our destination. We struggled though with getting the right angle and exposure to capture the waterfall perfectly. And it didn't help that I didn't have the right lens. After giving up, we found the a little pathway leading to the waterfall. You could actually sit on the rocks right beside the water falling. This had to be the most spectacular view. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get a picture of us just causally sitting.
We also went on a another hike a different day. Fun fact, it was a surprise hike, so unfortunately I was wearing sandals. By the end of the hike, my feet were covered in grass blades...sexy! Regardless of that, we continued to hike. My boyfriend told me there was a surprise at the end of this hike. My mind went crazy trying to picture what the surprise was. I'm the worst at waiting. But it was worth all the shortness of breaths and sore thighs. In front of me, stood a lookout tower. Man oh man, were those stairs a killer. My heart melted though as the golden colors from the sunset shone in front of us and the city was in clear view. A picture perfect memory, except I didn't have my camera :( I joked with my boyfriend that I just need to bring it everywhere I go because I'm always disappointed I don't have it. I guess a phone picture though it better than nothing.

Now who said a date has to cost a fortune. This is perfect and romantic.
ReplyDeletePersonally just being around the person I love is a date enough for me. - But a romantic dinner won't hurt now and then. Lol!
