Suede and Rhinestones: Sammydress
Tuesday, November 01, 2016Happy November! I swear October was the fastest month! It literally just flew by. I'm not complaining though because that means holiday festivities and glitz are right around the corner. Speaking of which, these over the knee boots would be the perfect staple for your holiday outfits. Just picture it..... sequin, curls, a floppy hat, and a red lip.....PERFECTION!

These however, go amazing with short dresses and skirts. I find that they're super flattering on the legs especially if you're petite. It definitely elongates your legs. Best of all, they keep your legs nice and toasty. My favorite feature though is the lace-up detailing in the back.
Some otk boots seem to slide down and don't stay up. Because of the lace-up detailing though, they stay nice and snug. I have no complaints with them being to big or creeping down throughout the day. And best of all, the lace-up is not too much of a distraction; it adds just the right amount of cuteness without being too costume-y
Like I said, these would be the perfect addition to your holiday outfits. For more inspiration for your holiday gatherings, checkout Sammydress Twitter along with their blog .
What's going to be your holiday look this year?

I love over the knee boots... They are so flattering on so many different people!!!! Unfortunately I live in a tropical climate so boots are almost non existent here haha. I will live vicariously through yours though :)

Oh no! I guess that's the downside to living in a warm climate!

DeleteHi, I am Ada. So glad I stopped by your blog. I am sort of late to the OTK trend too and have been looking to find some nice and comfy suede ones like yours. Love this outfit. That cardigan is real nice. And BTW I love the length of your bob. I just recently cut my hair into a bob, but shorter.
ReplyDeleteI welcome you to stop by my blog as well. I run a style linkup on Thursdays. Please make stop by tonight (after 6.00 PM Eastern time) or tomorrow to linkup with me, pretty lady. Thanks and have a great Wednesday! <3 Ada.
